Appreciation and Gratitude
A big understanding from the wisdom path is to develop a deep sense of sincere appreciation and gratitude for what we have. This does not have to be grandiose. We can appreciate and be grateful for all the little blessings in our lives no matter whether they are great or little abundance. Being appreciative and grateful for what you have sparks your subconscious to create an actionable plan to get you more to appreciate and be grateful for.
